Add dry ingredients to the sieved flour.
Add butter and mix it up properly to form bread crumbs.
Add the whisked eggs .
Add the liquid milk now if that is what you are using
Add water gradually to get a stiff dough.
Knead the dough with your hands properly until it is smooth and soft.
Dust the table for cutting with flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the table.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin and cut with knife into small size.
Fry in a hot oil under moderate heat until it turns light brown.
Transfer to a sieve for oil to dropout of it.
Allow it to cool completely before serving.
Store the remaining ones in an air tight container.
Wow........ so simple, isn't it?
So the next time I visit your house, I expect you to serve me crunchy chin chin.
Don't hesitate to ask questions in any area you are confused and I will like to see your practical work.
I will practice it may be within the week or weekend.
